This individual will oversee the day to day operations for our residential program and perform emergency duties as requested in the best interest of JEVS/CLHS and the health and welfare of its consumers and employees. Also, assure that all programs comply with agency policies and procedures; and with agency, county, state or Federal regulations as appropriate. Assure adherence to the budget, overtime, and coordinate purchasing and maintenance needs of individual home locations; as well as maintenance of vehicles for the homes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a human service, Master’s degree preferred. Must have experience (2 years minimum) managing in an ID/BH setting. Must be able to direct the writing and implementation of consumer program plans. Must be familiar with DPW 6400 regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office is required.
