Manager of Business Operations: Rowan University College of Performing Arts

The Rowan University College of Performing Arts is seeking to fill the position of Manager of Business Operations. This person will be responsible for the development and management of the Marie Rader Presenting Series, promotion and coordination of CPA productions, patron development and box office management, securing corporate and grant support for the arts series, and oversight of Rowan Prep, the college community music school.



– Bachelors of Arts

– In-depth knowledge of the performing arts with five years direct and practical experience in performing arts management

– Demonstrated expertise in budget oversight, donor and patron services, events planning, marketing, management of visiting international touring companies/artists, grants administration

– Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with existing and prospective donors and patrons.

– Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Online Ticketing Systems, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, e-mail and discipline related software.


Masters in Arts Management or related field


Starting Date: As soon as mutually agreed upon
