Share your experience with us!  Become a part of the successful Franklin Institute team.  As one of Philadelphia’s premier cultural attractions with nearly 1 million visitors a year, we are looking to fill a Manager of Admissions position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of managerial experience; preferably from a ticketing box office, attraction or similar background.

This person will be responsible for the successful operation of the Box Office and related Guest Relations functions at the Museum and should be proficient with staffing, training, and scheduling staff members.

The Manager of Admissions works very closely with the Admissions Director to ensure that departmental priorities are met.  This is a temporary position.

In addition, this person will have excellent interpersonal, managerial, communication and organizational skills required to operate in a high volume venue setting.

The Manager of Admissions must be willing to work irregular hours; weekends and holidays a must, as well as some evenings.
