HMO Program Manager

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a dynamic nonprofit, works to improve maternal and child health and well-being through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.

MCC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of the MOMobile HMO program. The Program Manager is responsible for conducting outreach, follow-up and home visiting services for pregnant women and new parents; supervision and training of staff and students; preparation of monthly reports; and relationship building with funders, community agencies and other social service providers. The Program Manager is also responsible for the coordination of MCC’s student and resident placements. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated leadership and clinical skills; experience in program planning and monitoring; and excellent communication skills. Valid driver’s license; minimum of 1 year supervisory experience; and Master’s Degree in Social Work required. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
