Director of Program Evaluation: Maternity Care Coalition

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a dynamic $11mm nonprofit, supports maternal and child health and well-being through a mix of evidence-based programs and the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.

MCC seeks an experienced professional to provide leadership to MCC’s evaluation program and team. The Director of Program Evaluation is responsible for evaluating programs to support high quality services, successful and measurable outcomes, and rigorous evaluation.  In addition, the Director of Program Evaluation analyzes and evaluates MCC’s ongoing programs and outcomes in support of our mission.  MCC is an advanced ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) user and also utilizes ChildPlus and Teaching Strategies Gold for data and client management.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in public health, social work or related field  preferred
  • Knowledge of maternal/child health and public health research
  • Experience implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Experience related to evaluating service delivery programs, including evidence based practices
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels of stakeholder groups
  • Excellent analytic and quantitative skills. Must be proficient in Excel and able to analyze public health data
  • Ability to support and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
