McCarter Theatre Center seeks a Manager of Presented Events Marketing.   McCarter is an equal opportunity employer, deeply committed to hiring, supporting, and promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce.  This position is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing innovative and effective marketing campaigns for McCarter’s Presented Events—including Music, Dance, and Signature Series—with specific attention to retaining current patrons while expanding McCarter’s audience base and achieving measurable sales goals.  The Manager of Presented Events Marketing will develop, manage, and track the success of integrated marketing plans, including advertising (print, digital, broadcast, outdoor, direct response), promotional initiatives, niche outreach, social media and content strategies focused on driving subscriptions, single ticket and group sales.

The successful candidate will be driven to meet financial, operational, and organizational objectives; will demonstrate strong time management skills; and will be adept at managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks.  Applicants should have a minimum three years’ previous experience in marketing, preferably within the performing arts.  Experience with Tessitura is preferred.
