Assistant Director: Corporate and Foundations Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Assistant Director of Corporate & Foundations is responsible for supporting the Annenberg Center’s fund-raising programs through management of the institutional grants program, research and developmpent of new potential funding opportunities including the Center’s corporate sponsorship program, development and coordination of indiviual stewardship communications and management of individual and institutional donor records in the Atlas and Tessitura databases.

BA/BS required plus 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education.  Must have experience writing grant proposals and reports preferably within the non-profit arts field.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word required.  Experience working with a fundraising and ticketing database and interest in expanding knowledge of data systems perferred.  Detail orientation and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow-through on a variety of concurrent projects.  Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a collegial work environment.
