Audience Services Manager: Lantern Theater Company

Lantern Theater Company seeks an exceptional manager to oversee our front of house operations, including box office, house management, concessions, and usher programs, always with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service that ensures a consistently superior patron experience. The audience services manager also serves as a member of the Lantern’s marketing team, working strategically to support the company’s audience development and retention initiatives, as well as managing all aspects of the theater’s patron database. Applicants must have previous box office and house management experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, the ability to work collaboratively with others, excellent writing and communication skills, computer and Internet savvy, strong attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a passion for theater. Prior database management experience is also required; PatronManager experience a strong plus. Schedule will include some evenings and weekends throughout the production season. This is a full-time position with salary, fully paid medical/dental, paid time off, complimentary tickets, and friendly work environment offered.
