McCarter Theatre Center in Princeton, NJ seeks an Assistant Director of Marketing.  McCarter is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring, supporting, and promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce.  The Assistant Director of Marketing supports McCarter’s theater series, presented series, and institutional marketing campaigns; and works closely with the Director of Marketing on overall management of the marketing department.  The Assistant Director of Marketing ensures that institutional voice and style are consistently maintained through content creation and copy editing, and is responsible for social media planning and execution.  Relevant experience in marketing required, preferably within the performing arts. Candidates should possess strong writing skills (writing sample may be requested), excellent communication skills, and a collaborative nature. Knowledge of/experience with Tessitura and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
