Administrative Director/Project Manager: JUNK

JUNK seeks an Administrative Director/Project Manager (½ time) with the following qualifications:

Non-profit administration

Ability to deal with financial, fundraising, marketing, production and general administration issues, including basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks), creating and tracking budgets, calendar management, ensuring that marketing and fundraising materials and communications are produced and disseminated in a timely fashion, dealing with patrons, donors, sponsors, Board, vendors, grantors and collaborators.

Project management

Ability to negotiate and process contracts, create and monitor action plans and timelines, and deal with arising issues in a timely fashion.

Overall

Bachelor’s degree; experience in arts management; strong organizational ability; strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Google Suite and the equivalent. Experience in grant-writing, copywriting and editing a plus.
