Manager of Programs and Community Impact: The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc.

Position Description/Overview:

Manages all Grants and Scholarship programs, maintains and enhances Foundant Software.  Writes grants, solicits financial support for programs and community projects.  Maintains National Standards Certification.  Works with Fiscal Sponsorship projects, Develops and represents the Foundation in larger community initiative as identified by community need and the Foundation’s mission.  Supports strategic revenue growth of the Foundation including addressing the goals of the current and future development plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • management of grants and scholarships
  • development of nonprofit programs
  • development of major event and funding to support the event
  • encouraging donors to acheive their philanthropic goals
  • secures National Standards Certification

Ideally, a Masters in nonprofit managment from an accredited college or university

Experienced in fundraising with success in growing giving.

Understanding and familiarity with the nonprofits in Montgomery County
