The Associate Director of Individual Giving is a key member of the Opera Philadelphia (OP) Philanthropy team, responsible for managing donor retention and acquisition efforts, renewal processes, and the Individual Giving end-of-calendar year and end-of-fiscal year campaigns. The Associate Director of Individual Giving manages an active portfolio of 100+ individual donors, with annual gifts ranging from $100 to $5,000.

This position is responsible for the creation and execution of a year-long, data-driven, and multi-channel Annual Giving strategy designed to engage and acquire entry-level donors across a wide variety of meaningful touchpoints. This includes the identification of potential new donors from inside and outside OP’s current database along with existing entry-level donors, their effective solicitation, acknowledgement, reporting, and tailored stewardship toward growing contributed income.

Further, this position will execute copy and design of donor collateral, website language updates, letter writing and editing, and manage relationships with vendors including print and mail houses.

Executive Director (Part-time): Monastery Stables

The Boarders and Stewards of the Monastery (BSM) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) located in Philadelphia’s Wissahickon Valley Park. Our vision is to be the leading example of active use of historic structures for equine activities and other programs engaging the Philadelphia community and beyond. We provide public benefit through educational programs throughout the year and invite boarders and share-boarders to support the vision as volunteers. We are working to achieve our vision through a simple but urgent mission: Increase access to horses and horse-centered healing for people historically excluded from equine spaces.

We are seeking an Executive Director working part time, approximately 20 hours per week @$30.00 to $35.00 per hour to start, commensurate with experience. This position is for someone who has fundraising experience, looking for an executive director role, and can help expand our impact, potentially increasing the hours and compensation as the organization grows under their leadership.
