Position Details

  • Create, direct, and implement the policies and procedures for the outpatient services function.
  • Ensure a high level of quality care and services forindividualsby coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and various departments.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Create functional strategies and specific objectives for theprogramand develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate knowledgeand experienceof theOutpatient Servicesand solid knowledge of the overall process of a Mental Health Outpatient Clinic.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Work onsite 4 days a week, offsite 1 day
  • Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or another human services, related field; license or license eligible is strongly preferred.
  • This person shall be a qualified mental health professional with at least 2 years of program supervisory experience.
  • One-year clinical internship in the human services field
